This is my 3rd Olight bike light and 2nd RN 1500. I've done a lot of comparing and I truly believe that the RN 1500 is the best in terms of how many lumens you get, the run times and price. With two RN 1500s, I can now use one on high mode (1500 lumens) for 100 mins, then when it dies, I can charge it while using the 2nd one for another 100 mins. That's over 3hrs of light on high mode. If I use it on mid mode (750 lumens), I have 2 lights that will give me 8 hours of run time!!!! Olight is also priced lower than the comparable light from Magicshine, plus from my experience, I find Olight's customer service to be a lot friendlier. With all my Olights, I should be good for awhile. But if I ever need another light for some reason, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Olight!!!

I needed a lot of power for safe single track MTB riding in complete darkness. I went with two RN1500 instead of more powerful single 3500 or any even more powerful Magicshines. Mounting 2nd light on the helmet gives you better visibility even at 750lm then any super powerful single light. I also like this setup more then the one with remote power bar and cable. Photo below shows one RN1500 on the handle bar to give you an idea how good it is on max settings, rider ahead of me uses 2nd RN1500 with same setup... it is pretty good. The only thing I whish was different is battery indicator signaling 50% of capacity. When it turns red ( 20% ) you only got like 20min left on MAX which in my opinion is a little too late. Great light, and best LM to $ ratio ( O light also somehow manages to sell these cheaper then Magicshine itself and on top of promotions this is just hard to beat deal ). Thx for a great piece of equipment.

Very powerfull front light, I installed 2 of them on my bike but most of the times the low(2X300lm) mode is enought an I gets up to 12.5h runtime. I does this mostly becose, on my bike, the braket does not align the light streight front and it's cheaper than other configuration like ALTY2000 or RN3500 with similar power with the benifits and security of some rododency. I however liked a more precise battery level indication than Red(<20%) and FlashRed(<10%), may be some kind of proportional pulse width between Green/Red would be nice. I highly recommand this front light for any cyclist.

Incredible battery life, I allready have a RN1200 that doesn't seem less bright but only lights for 6.5h@300lm while this one lights up to 12.5h@300lm. Even my Freyr only light up 9.5h@300lm !

Great product, based on the listing online I didn't notice that the 21700 battery was built in as this shortens its lifespan substantially. Otherwise it is well built and has power bank functionality.

This is a solid light!!! It has some weight to it but the aluminum body feels premium and has a texture feel to it that won't show fingerprints. The different modes are all great. The low (300lm) is good enough to ride on lit city streets. The mid (750lm) is good for off road trails depending on how fast you go and how technical the trail is. I've barely use the high mode (1500lm) since it's SO bright and I'd prefer longer battery life. It includes a Garmin/GoPro attachment so it can be mounted underneath the mount if you have a Garmin head unit on the top. This however might make the light point UP rather than downwards like the lense is designed to do as to not blind people/cars coming towards you. I wish the light head can be rotated to avoid this. The one flaw I found how it claims it can be used as a power bank. The light only has a USB Type C port. You cannot charge a device with the supplied cable. You'll need a Type C to Type A adaptor to connect your device (minus 1 star)
