Olight always gives top priority to product quality. We spare no effort to improve the quality of our products to ensure that our lights become the most reliable lighting partner for our customers and raise the quality level to a whole new level.
1.Quality first: Olight firmly believes that the stable launch of high-quality products must come from a strict and meticulous quality management process.
The steady introduction of Olight's high-quality products stems from our rigorous and meticulous quality management process. In order to control product quality strictly, we hold product Quality Analysis and Quality Improvement Symposium regularly, making it an integral part of daily work to promote the stable improvement of product quality continuously.
Quality management is inseparable from the excellent professional ability of personnel. In 2023, we have supported and encouraged staff to make progress in learning, inviting professional teams to conduct 6Sigma Training to improve staff's professional ability of quality management continuously. This series of initiatives targeted to improve the various quality management project activities, and move quality management to a more systematic model.
In addition, last year we established the ISO Quality Management System Team and Product Safety Change Team, which systematically improved the quality management level and brought more secure, safer and higher quality Olight products to fans.

Membership service
In order to provide a better member experience, we have updated the membership system in 2023. The updated membership system added a new level and six new benefits.
1. We have prepared double points and O coins to members who place orders on O-Fan Day.
2. We have prepared a $10 birthday coupon for all members during their birthday month.
3. We have prepared tier coupons for upgrades: Gold -$5, Diamond-$10; Blue Diamond -$15; Black Diamond -$20: Legend -$30. The coupon is valid for 60 days from issuance, no minimum order.
4. We have added a new membership level - Legend. Legend level members can test a trial product for free every quarter.
5. We have added a monthly free shipping benefit for Black Diamond and above members.
6. We have updated the Black Diamond exclusive gift, and launched Baton 4 & Baton 4 kit Copper Damascus and i3T Zirconium for Gold and above members.
After-sales service
1. In order to allow customers to more quickly understand the warranty periods of different products, we have updated the after-sales terms on the warranty page to list the warranty periods of different products.
2. We have also added some troubleshooting methods to the warranty page so that customers can troubleshoot themselves to improve the efficiency of solving simple problems.
Surprise service
1. In 2023, during our monthly flash sales, we prepared 1-2 surprise gifts to create an unboxing surprise for Ofans. At the same time, we also kept track of the Ofans' situations and prepared special customer gifts for them. Additionally, on special occasions such as O-Fan Day and anniversaries, we designed special gifts to give Ofans an exclusive experience.
2. We prepared the Seeker 4 Mini Canadian Flag Version and i1R 2 Pro Canadian Flag Version for celebrating Canada Day with our O-fans in July 2023, which gives our fans some surprises. In the future, we will also try our best to do more for satisfying your will.

What we have done:
We have been taking measures to improve the shopping experience for our customers, including
1. We have upgraded the website, improved the website performance, made the website UI simpler, more user-friendly, and easier to search and locate products. In a normal network environment, the website loading speed has increased from 3s to 1s, and the accuracy of search results has increased from 77% in early 2023 to 96% after the upgrade.
2. We actively listen to customer opinions, develop and optimize website functions, UI, etc to keep pace with our customers demand and fulfill their short- and long-term expectations.
3. We have added the sezzle payment method to meet the payment needs of more customers.
4. We have enabled the function of O coins to deduct purchase costs, allowing O coins to be used in more ways.
5. We pay more attention to customers' needs for accessories and stock more than 30 kinds of product accessories to extend the life of our products.
6. We have enabled the Notify-Me function for out-of-stock products and informed customers of the estimated arrival time on the product details page so that customers can learn about product supply in a timely manner.
7. We have introduced more Obuy products to enrich product categories and meet the shopping needs of more customers.
About Logistics
What we have committed:Olight Strives to Improve Logistics Delivery Efficiency.
What we have done:
We has currently established local warehouses in Toronto and Vancouver. We have made cooperation with corresponding logistics companies, and are constantly striving to allow everyone to receive the goods in a shorter time. We dispatch orders within 2 business day except during flash sale period.
Last year, we received a lot of negative feedback about Amazon Logistics, including unreasonable packaging boxes, split orders, delayed updates of logistics tracking numbers, etc. We attach great importance to our customers' shopping experience, so we reduced the use of Amazon logistics, and choose more reliable logistics carriers to ensure our customers' logistics experience.
In addition, we are also working hard to develop website functions to meet the needs of customers who want to choose shipping company by themself and check the delivery status in their orders. Let's look forward to a better logistics experience together.
